Refund PolicyWe believe and are confident that our products will deliver as advertised.If you are not satisfied with any order you place through you may request a refund within 14 days of
the purchase date.

In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines, these requests will be honored. Please note that (except for refunds due to damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where Do I Send My Return?Properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? You will receive an email confirming your refund or you will be contacted by one of our Customer Care Representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.

NOTE:  Items received 30 days or more , after purchase, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will either be issued to your Credit Card Company or Bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
